Lockdown taught us to slow down, we woke up a bit and stopped chasing a dream of plenty, we wanted to focus on just a few simple things.

Our digital presence got quite large and it was scary to see what you could do with it, we packed beaches and filled car parks with just a few days notice. 

 

Building hype became our forté and we lost sight of our craft in the kitchen and out front. On the 12th of April, with the end of lockdown measures in sight, we made the move to finish our online presence. But people still wanted to hear what we had to say and we still had a few lessons from our experiences to share.

Thus began the Newsletter, a monthly curated piece of writing and images that everyone had an opportunity to contribute towards, in any form they wanted.
